You can ask us to delete your Kolo Verify account and all the data associated with it at any time. To request deletion:
This opens an email to support@koloapp.in. Send it from — or tell us — the email address you use to sign in, so we can verify the request. To prevent abuse, we confirm ownership of the account before deleting anything.
When we action a deletion request, we permanently remove:

We may retain a minimal record only where required by law (e.g. tax/accounting obligations) or to resolve disputes; this is kept no longer than legally necessary and is never used for any other purpose.
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We'll email you to confirm once it's done.
